By enrolling in Deciphera AccessPoint, you can get:

  • Insurance support ‑ our Case Managers offer a single point of contact to navigate complex insurance issues and the process of starting a specialty medication
  • Financial help ‑ depending on your situation, you might be eligible for the Commercial Copay Program, funding from foundations or other organizations, or even free medication§
  • Free, temporary supply ‑ if your insurance is delayed in making a coverage decision or your coverage changes, you may be eligible for a free, temporary supply through the Rapid Start or Bridge programs§

§Terms and conditions apply. Not every patient is eligible. Copay program is subject to an annual benefit maximum. Funding from third-party foundations may not always be available and is independent from Deciphera.

Getting QINLOCK

To enroll in Deciphera AccessPoint, simply fill out and submit the enrollment form below.

QINLOCK is available from select specialty pharmacies. Here's how it works:

    One

    Your doctor or Deciphera AccessPoint sends your prescription to the specialty pharmacy, which works with your insurance to get approval.

    Two

    The specialty pharmacy will call you to explain the medication, how to take it, and manage side effects, and collect information for your coverage investigation, prior authorization, copay responsibility, and delivery schedule.

    Three

    The medication is delivered to your home or picked up at the pharmacy.

    Four

    Refills must be scheduled via phone, each month.

Provide your contact information here to start the enrollment process. Deciphera AccessPoint will call from an 833 number to collect more information from you and your doctor, including a prescription. Alternatively, your doctor can complete the enrollment form.

Help getting QINLOCK

Temporary supply programs

Did you know that there are programs to help you if you are facing insurance issues?

If you are eligible, the Rapid Start program lets you start QINLOCK if your insurance is delayed in making a coverage decision.
The Bridge program lets you stay on QINLOCK if your insurance changes or there's a gap in your coverage.

Sometimes a doctor prescribes a treatment and insurance approval takes a while. We want you to get started as soon as possible.

With Rapid Start, you may be eligible for a free, temporary prescription of QINLOCK.

Are you waiting to see if your insurance will cover QINLOCK? Rapid Start might be for you. Talk to your doctor or nurse, or call one of our dedicated Case Managers.

Bridge Program

Bridge Program

Sometimes your insurance plan or coverage changes. If your coverage is interrupted, we want you to be able to stay on treatment.

With Bridge, you may be eligible for a free, temporary prescription of QINLOCK.

Did your insurance coverage recently change? Talk to your doctor or nurse, or call one of our dedicated Case Managers.

Financial help

Financial help may be available no matter what insurance you have, or if you have no insurance at all.

Commercial Copay Program

If you have non-government insurance, such as through an employer, the Commercial Copay Program may cover ALL your out-of-pocket drug costs
